This car is absolutely beautiful! It was owned by an older lady here in Georgia that had it in her garage for about 30 years. It was bought and has had a little face lift, and update. read what all it has, and what was done. The interior, except for carpet, is all ORIGINAL, and looks like it's new! Look at the headliner, look at the seats. The engine was updated to a reliable new 350 crate, with less then 1000 miles on it now. The transmission was updated to a newly rebuilt 350 3 speed. Also less then 1000 miles. Added custom B&M floor shifter. The car was repainted to original, looks great. Disc brakes added. Radio was updated to a factory looking AM/FM/Cassette. Additional, stereo with CD and plug ins for your other music. (yes, it has 2 stereos) Nice tires and Crager wheels. Custom lined trunk with spare and jack. There is NO rust on this car. This car drives like it did new, tracks well, runs smooth even at 70mph. Additional volt, temp, oil pres. gauges added. New carpet. I would drive this car across country without hesitation. This car does NOT have a title, as the state of Georgia did not issue titles to cars in 1956, and it is an original Georgia car. So it will be sold with a bill of sale, and a copy of the current registration. Be sure to look at the pictures of the engine compartment and the inside of the trunk lid, and metal floor, this is original, this is NOT a restore, even the outside trim is original. I would encourage you to come look and drive the car, you will fall in love. With there being no post, it looks as sporty as a 2 door. This car will be a great driver, or a show car. Yes, it IS show car quality. The mileage is 81000, but I do drive it, so it may be a little more, This IS the correct mileage.
