Cottonwood Green (Light Green) - My Father purchased new in 1971. Car is in very nice condition with just a few scratches on the trunk from my Mother closing the garage door. Small rust starting at bottom of rear door dogleg by fender skirt. (See pics) Runs great and looks great. Never in an accident. I exercise it about once every month. Interior is like new. Original dual whitewall spare (used). A/C needs charging. Original AM radio works fine. 400ci small block with turbo 350 trans. Car has been faithfully serviced since new. Tires all have good tread but have been on the car for some time. Recent Brakes and Shocks. Low reserve price. I have included pictures that represent the car fairly. Starts right up and runs great but will definitely need tires. Although they have good tread they are old and have noticeable "flat spots" on them from sitting. On Jul-07-13 at 10:40:27 PDT, seller added the following information: Receiving a lot of questions about the 71 Caprice. I will try to address some - Floor pans are good as my Father had the car undercoated when it was new. Car has been garaged since new but has some "grandma" sctatches on the trunk. Noticed a small oil seepage ( very small) coming from the pan gasket after using the car on July 4. Car now has about 50,075 miles on the odometer.This is an untouched 1971 vehicle that is in it's original nice condition. I have done the best of my ability to describe the car honestly and answer the many questioons I have received.
