You are bidding on a REAL 1969 Dodge Charger R/T 440 Car. This car needs complete restoration. It is a NON #'s matching car. The motor is a 1968 HP 440. 727 Transmission. 8 3/4 Rearend. The motor, transmission and interior are out of the car. All the interior comes with the car. I would say the car is 99% complete. It still has all suspension and steering so it rolls and steers easily so it can be moved around. The motor is completely disassembled and has had machine done to it. Starting at the front of the car. The grille is good condition with a few cracks will need some work. The hood, fenders, doors and decklid are all solid. Inner fenders are solid. Both rear quarters are rusty behind the wheels. The rear valance is rusty. There are rust holes in both bottom corners at the rear window. The front floor pans are rusty. Rear floor pans are solid. Trunk pan is rusty. The frame is solid front to back including where the torsion bars mount in the front and the springs mount in the rear. You can still see original paint on the frame in spots. This car is solid in all the right places the rest is just sheet metal repair. All the glass is good. These real R/T cars are getting very hard to find and only increasing in value as time passes. I would love to keep this car and restore it but I don't have the time or money to invest right now. I have the original build sheet and fender tag. The cowl numbers all match. Clean/Clear title.
