Vehicle Detail
Here is an almost 50 year old Dodge truck your Mopar friends don't have. This is a true survivor barn find. A 1966 Dodge D200 3/4 ton dually with a 383 V-8 and a floor shifted automatic transmission, air conditioning, and power brakes..The 383 is setup to run on propane and also has a 2 barrel gas carburetor. The body is so straight it's scary. The cab has a spotlight,a chrome front bumper,an eight track player and as mentioned a floor mounted automatic shifter. The bed is an all steel work unit with a built in goose neck ball that tilts up and opening lids behind the cab for tool storage as well as a built in headache rack..There are two propane tanks. One mounted under the bed on each side. This truck was parked and the last time it was registered was in Kansas in 1975.Please look closely at the pictures and feel free to call me with questions. More pictures are available upon request. You can drive this truck onto your trailer.I removed the outer rear wheels to get it on mine. The brake booster is froze up so the e-brake must be used to stop. I have a clean New Mexico title in my name in hand. Mileage reads just over 32,000. As often happens in the southwest mice chewed the wires in the engine compartment but the truck is very simple to hot wire and it starts right up. Call me @ 1-505-331-3037. This is one really unique rig. A $200.00 deposit via Paypal is required at purchase. Balance is due as outlined in the payment feature. Now the important part...call and ask questions before you bid please so there will be no confusion later. This truck must be picked up as I will not ship it. Located 20 miles east of Albuquerque New Mexico 6 miles north of I40. Thanks, Steve
