Up for bid is a 1972 CL450, it's in ok shape for a bike so old but I'd say poor condition if you're looking for a really sharp vintage Honda Scrambler.I've owned it since the late 70's, title is clear, it hasn't been ridden or even started in a long time: rear tire and tube are shot, front tire is ok; headlight and taillight both work but it needs a fresh battery, there are no turn signals; seat has been recovered long ago but it's still good; tank was dented and repaired and repainted, the repair is visible; missing a spark plug cap, timing needs to be adjusted; the worst thing is the gear shift spindle is stripped, that's why the shift lever you see is mounted backwards, it works but it's very awkward; the clutch and throttle actions are smooth; electric start does not work; the front fork accordion-style covers are gone, the headlight is taped up with black tape; speedometer doesn't work so I don't know the actual mileage. This would be a good project or parts bike, pick-up only or I'll deliver within 50 miles of Amarillo, TX. As is, no refunds.
