LOADED 1972 (Cloned To A 71 Super Sport) CHEVELLE CONVERTIBLE! LOADED WITH AIR CONDITIONING, FRONT DISC BRAKES, POWER STEERING, AND A POWER TOP! VERY COMPLETE & RUST FREE CAR! PUT A MOTOR IN IT AND YOU'LL BE CRUISING TO SHOWS WITHIN A WEEK! If you've been looking for a good, solid, complete, and inexpensive car to have for cruises this Summer, you've found it. This Chevelle needs only one thing and that is a new motor. The interior is practically new, the entire car is solid & straight, AND the car is loaded with options. The ONLY reason I am selling it is because I have an opportunity that has presented itself so I am letting go of the Chevelle. If I am not able to get close to my asking price, then I will end up keeping it and putting a motor in it some time this Summer. Body: The body on this Chevelle is completely solid. All of the sheet metal through out the car is straight. The floors, trunk, trunk drops, doors, fenders, hood, rocker panels, and the quarters are all in good shape. There is some very small bubbling that is just now starting to occur on the drivers side quarter but again, it is small and could easily be sanded down. The paint on the car was done professionally but this was done some years ago. It has its share of rock chips but is still fairly presentable. I would call it a nice ten footer. The Chevelle is also covered in SS badging, all of which is in good shape. All of the chrome through out the Chevelle is in place and is in relatively good shape. The front bumper is starting to peel and will need replaced at some point. All of the stainless through out the Chevelle is in excellent shape. All of the glass through out the Chevelle is also in good condition. The grille on the Chevelle is a 71 and is in good condition. The side marker lights are also off of a 71 and they too are in good shape. I will be including a set of good 72 bezels and a brand new set of 72 marker lights. The convertible top is also in good condition. The Chevelle does sit on a set of correct wheels. Unfortunately I did not have the center caps for when I took photos outdoors but they are now on the car which you will see on the photos that were taken within the garage. but they are ordered and they will be going with the car. The Chevelle does come with its original Jack and a spare. Engine & Mechanical: Unfortunately I do not have a motor for the Chevelle. As you will see, most everything is still in tact. The transmission, exhaust manifolds, exhaust, AC box, power steering pump, brake booster, the lines, everything is still in place. The only items that are not are the battery, radiator, shroud, and fan. I do have an AC compressor which I will be letting go with the car but I do not have the brackets. The original disc brakes are still on the car. Interior: The interior through out the Chevelle is in excellent condition. The front bench seat is a separate folding seat so both sides can be moved. Both the front and back seat are both in excellent condition. The carpet is also in good shape with no major fades or stains. I just installed the door panels over the weekend and they are brand new. As are the arm rests. The dash pad in the Chevelle is in excellent condition. It has no cracks or major sun fades. The instrument panel is also in excellent condition. I truly do not want to sell this Chevelle as it is so close to being back on the road but here it is. My loss is truly your gain at this point. Please, I am not desperate to sell. If I miss out on what it is I am chasing, then it wasn't meant to be and I will finish this car. However, if you're a realist and you want an excellent deal, this Chevelle is for you. The body alone on this Chevelle is worth more than what I am asking. Please understand that I do not have the ability to offer financing and I am not looking to trade. If you place a bid on this car, please understand that I am marketing the Chevelle in other places other than eBay. So if I cancel your bid and end the auction early, this is because I have sold it.
