This is a used 1996 Honda Civic DX. Mechanically, is it in very good condition. I have been very thorough about keeping up the maintenance (documentation available on request). I have been the owner since 1999 and bought this car from a Honda dealership. Cosmetically, it is in fair condition. This vehicle has also been recently professionally cleaned. This is a great little car which has a lot of flexibility, due to the rear folding seats which at least double the storage space ( I can fit items at least 6'-0" long in the back). This was a non-smoking vehicle. The exterior paint job is probably what needs the most work, as the paint has been peeling and chipping away over the years with some minimal rust, but the body is in good shape. The interior has fabric upholstered seats with carpet which are in good condition. Floor mats are included. The upholstery for the drivers side window shade needs replacement. The wiper control stick is a bit loose and it is a little unpredictable but otherwise works fine. Just recently, one of the connecting hoses to the front wiper jets broke off. I temporarily sealed the hose, but the repair should not be much. About five years ago I had the A/C repaired and the mechanic made a small modification on the dashboard to include a toggle switch which must be flipped when the A/C is turned on. I have paperwork to explain what was done to keep the A/C working. The mileage (161,710) is accurate which is great for a vehicle of this age. The tires were replaced in December of 2012 and are still in fairly new condition. I would prefer to sell to a buyer locally who would pick the car up personally, but if that is not possible then buyer must arrange for delivery. This car is being sold as-is and sale is final. Once the purchase is made, I will work out the transfer of title and all other paperwork with the buyer personally.
