Up for auction is my 83' Pininfarnia spider. I purchased the car from the original owner 5 years ago. The car is rust free and drivable. I have done or had many things done. Suspension - Replaced Tie-rod ends and alignment, new shocks and sway-bar bushings, Bridgestone tires with less than 400 miles Engine - Adjusted valves, new timing belt, replaced thermostat and fan switch, replaced distributor cap, wires and spark plugs Fuel System - New fuel lines complete, new fuel pump, fuel & air filter. Bosch fuel injection cleaned and sensors replacedBody and interior - Painted in 10' ( some small chips and small ding in fender) After market vinyl seat covers, carpet set and dash cover installedBrakes - The brake system has been completely replaced with the exception of the metal lines. Master cylinder, calipers replaced or rebuilt, new rotors and pads (less than 500 miles). Flexible lines to rotors have also been replace What the car needs:New top, the fabric and rear plastic window are cracked. The steel frame and cables are complete. The side glass on the rear windows are complete. Side view mirror - The cast aluminum hinge on the driver's side mirror is cracked. I do have the mirror in hopes it could be repaired.Tune-up - The car has set in a garage for the past few years. It has only been started and driven out of the garage recently. The car needs only a few items to make it road worthy and drivable. I hate to sell the car, but I have too many other projects and one must go.
