1986 Chevrolet El Camino SS (Z15 rpo code)This El Camino is a daily reliable driver, in Driver Condition +.It has a crate 5.7L (350) GM motor in it, previous owner installed, has about 20K miles on it that i am aware of. TH350 transmission shifter on the column.Rust free southern car, i have pics of the car in the body shop before paint, so you can see where bondo was used for door dings only!Painted last year, pics are from last month, removed bed rails and hood emblem to create the smooth look.1989 Iroc Rims with new Firestone tires, Cermaic Coated Headers, Accel Distributor, Holley 600 cfm carb, Edlebrock Intake, Electric cooling fan.Car is a daily driver and very reliable, i would drive it accross the country tomorrow wihtout any prepwork.Interior is 6 out of 10, looks good but has some nicks and dings upon close inspection, passenger seat has a few screwdriver pokes in it, dash top is cracked up pretty good (thus the dash cover), door panels have some fadding, A post cover on drivers side is faded. Unique SS interior, 3 tone, Brown/Tan/Black.Exterior is 8 out of 10, painted professionally last year, color matched rhino linning, has some paint chips, as i said it's a daily driver, (although now it's only on the weekends), chrome is all driver condition some good some good enough. The car has been and can be put in a show without imbarresment, although i don't think it would bring home any awards, but get's attention and stands out. Negatives: Needs the steering box adjusted, too loose for my liking, Steering components are all good, just the typical G body issues. Needs a Turn signal/dimmer/wiper switch - high beams flicker after about 3 min of being on, chrome is gone off the switch (not appealing). Drivers side PW motor needs replaced, i have a spare but it's used, came off the car should have left it in there, but i would buy new just in case.
