For sale is a NICE Original 1984 FIAT SPIDER (PININFARINA) Convertible with 28,000 miles. It has a 2000cc dual overhead cam engine and a 5 speed transmission. It has Bosch computer controlled fuel injection and ignition and starts instantly!! It is a light Frost Sky Blue (Azzura) ! This sports car is the THIRD Spider I've owned and the nicest! Some people see a 30 year old car with low miles and think it is like "new"....... Not so!! But this one did NOT need "restored"...only refurbished. I know Spiders. NO rust anywhere! It has the original Mag wheels and the original cocoa carpets. I bought it from a guy in Indianapolis and a lady from Lexington owned it originally! I have personally replaced the Shocks, Brakes, Brake lines, Timing belt, Waterpump, Fuel pump, Fuel Regulator, Master cylinder, Spark plugs, Distributor cap, Front Air Dam, Heater valve, Heater hoses, Radiator hoses, and many other parts. The wheel cylinders have been rebuilt and the front suspension gone over with new bushings and ball joints. . It has a new exhaust and rear sway bar added. ALL fluids have been changed and transmission and rear end inspected. No synchro problems and no notorious dash cracks!! The top and rear window are in good shape. It has a nice Pioneer CD player installed with Pioneer speakers. I have had this car for ten years and it only goes to Italian car meets and is driven only in nice weather. I have been to the west coast twice in Spiders and the gas mileage is great! We drove this one to Ashville, NC for the Italian Concours meet at the Biltmore. It corners like a mongoose and has plenty of power! It's just plain fun to drive. This goes or one of my motorcycles!!! This is one of the last two years the Spider was made and built by Pininfarina of Italy and is one of the best. The whole interior is in good shape and the original leather seats are pristine though covered by sheepskin seat covers. The car needs nothing and has very few defects.
