Due to a heart attack I have to sell one of my ongoing projects... It is a 68 AMX that is equipped with an exceptionally good running 343 four barrel and has a posi-track rear end as well as power steering and has been updated with power disc brakes... I also had a brand new set of 195/75/14" tires installed that have less than 100 miles on them as well as a set of 1973 AMX 14" wheels... The front end has been completely rebuilt and it has a rebuilt carb and a new starter and has recently had a COMPLETE new exhaust system installed with Flowmaster 40's which gives it an awesome sound when it is running down the road or just idiling...... This car is a really nice one to drive and turns quite a few heads partly because of the Rebel Machine hood scoop on it and even though it is not finished yet it wil need to have new carpet installed and the seats re-covered... For a 45 year old car it is pretty solid but like a lot of the old AMX's it has a few bubbles on the rear quarters and a couple on the lower doors... But overall it will be really nice when finished but as previously stated I am unable to finish it due to health problems and am willing to let it go at a good price considering what AMX's are going for these days and how hard they are to find...
