We are selling our 1958 Buick Special 2 door hardtop; we received it when my grandmother passed away with intentions of restoring it. However, 8 years later, a house and a baby, restoring this to it's original beauty is not an option for us. So, instead of letting it deteriorate in our garage, we would like to see someone restore and enjoy this. Everything is original and numbers matching. It needs to be restored and is NOT in drivable condition. The frame is solid, so is definitely rebuild-able. The engine and transmission were in working condition approximately 3 years ago, when I had it running. The motor definitely does need to be rebuilt. It needs all new brakes and lines, tires, etc. It has not been driven since 1975.
