This is a 1959 Rambler Rebel Custom, WITHOUT the motor or tranny but it was originally an automatic with push button shift. I have sandblasted the engine compartment, entire under side and repaired the rusted metal located at the under side at the trunk. the floor pans have minor small holes other wise the body is solid other than the bottom of the trunk lid. the hood did not have paint on it when I purchased it and only has surface rust. The interior needs re-upholstered and a new headliner. My intent was to install a Ford small block V8 with a C4 so i cut a small part of the tranny tunnel out but I still have the piece that can be welded back in. Due to the unique rear suspension of the rambler, I installed ladder bars while maintaining the stock coil spring location mounted on a Ford 8" rear end. This is a very cool car and would make a great Hot Rod. I have too many pics to post so contact me for more. The car does have a clear Ohio title
