Vehicle Detail
1970 Honda CB350Vintage Cafe Racer"Max" ***NO RESERVE AUCTION*** "Max" is a Honda CB350 that embraces the best of both worlds: The tank has a bit of patina and age to it, yet the matching fresh paint on the seat and sidecovers lets you know that it is a proper cafe bike that has been built with care. Whether you are carving up canyons or just hitting the local bike night, you'll be hanging on to the clubman-style bars as you ride. These give the bike a nice, aggressive posture that sets your center of gravity forward within the cockpit. You can see in the pics that the tank was lined by the previous owner. He seems to have been done the right way. He also put a disc brake front on it so that you get the added bonus of safer stopping power. The seat is a fiberglass rendition of a traditionally spartan cafe seat pan with beautiful red-washered retaining bolts to fasten it on.Max has a brand new gel battery installed The black and chrome exhaust system by Sin Den Cycles is complete and intact. It gives Max a nice, throaty growl without being overbearing. We have built a few cafe-racer styled bikes and this one is a nice, basic example that was built on a great platform. The Honda CB350 has great lines that really lends it to becoming a stunning cafe bike. We love these bikes and really enjoy working with them.
