VIN: WP0EB0916HS161206 We are pleased to offer this collector-quality, VERY low-mileage 911 Carrera Targa. It has the classic 911 shape without the spoilers. If you are in the market for a 911 from the 80’s, the ’87-’89 cars with the G-50 transmission and hydraulic clutch are the ones to buy. The stunning Guards Red paint is original and is in nearly perfect condition. I could find no evidence of paint or bodywork. There are no dings, two tiny scratches and a couple miniscule paint chips. It has unbelievable gloss and depth for a 26 year-old car. The black interior is also in nearly perfect condition. The dash is not cracked, seats torn or carpet stained. The Targa top is perfect. It is very obvious the car has been lightly used and pampered. Unlike many of these older Porsches this car is completely original and unmodified except for the radio. It runs and drives perfectly. It has not been tracked, chipped, lowered, performance exhaust installed, etc., etc. All the lights, gauges, air conditioning and cruise control actually work! All the switches work except the one seat adjustment works sporadically. We are selling this great car on behalf of a local Porsche enthusiast who has owned the car for many years. It is simply one of the nicest G-50 Carreras on the market. The only reason it is being sold is that the owner now drives a 993 Turbo.
