Rare! This car was probably shipped from England to Butler Pennsylvania and built with some American Austin parts. Evident is a Borg Warner 3 speed,Tillotson carburetor and Delco electrics. The distributor is Autolite. My father first accquired the vehicle from southern Indiana back in the sixties and I have had the car for the last 40 years. Recently, I put new piston rings, valve job and other engine work. The transmission is rebuilt and I have a spare along with many other spare parts. The car is also a rare Austin because this is an English Opal (Left hand drive) for America. Most Austins in the United states are American Austins or Bantams! This car is drivable and in restorable condition. Great for parades and a real head turner. I have the roof frame so a soft top can be made. This has been a work in progress and I would like another project! Shipping will be at the buyers expense.
