Up for auction is a nice running / nice shape 1995 BMW R100R Mystik for sale with 25K miles on the bike. Classic last of the airheads modification of the basic R100R bike. Bike has been properly maintained and kept in heated garage since I have owned it (since2007). New AGM battery last summer + new plugs. Tires are Metzler Laser Tec's. Has original Owners Manual, tool kit and tire repair kit. Extra set of new EBC front disc brake pads included. Only major repairs to bike = starter repair in 2003 and new alternator in 2008. Speedo crapped out at 19,360 miles and was replaced at dealer (see pic of dealer tag on frame evidencing this). New speedo has 5,534 so 25,894 total on bike. Bike runs good and is ready to ride home. That being said it is a 18 year old bike and does not have a warranty - it is sold as is. Cosmetically still looks nice - couple of minor dings/stratches (also small spot on muffler looks like from battery acid from original battery) and slight sun fading of the mystik red paint. Bike is completely stock except for a chrome brown type kickstand (I hated the stock one - it is included in sale if you want to switch back) and it has the standard R100R handlebars (instead of the low stock mystic bars - no I don't have them to include in this sale). My 60 year old back could not handle the low riding position. Has a National Cycle EX Shield. Also includes a set of BMW saddlebags - buyer has a choice of std. bags or city bags (see pic). Will include whichever set buyer selects (one set not both) Selling to reduce number of bikes owned (currently 7). If you have any questions or are not sure about something please ask (don't assume)!
