2001 Honda RC51

Up for sale is a one of a kind Honda RC51 Superbike. Originally planned on keeping this, but am finding it has a lot more power than I need and am accustomed to. Has Castrol schemed race fairings that are like the one's Colin Edwards (from Houston, TX) used in his 2000 World Superbike Championship win. Bike is still in excellent condition and has plenty of power (not for beginners). Also comes with dual Moriwaki Titanium exhaust that rumbles with power. I looked around and found that these are about $1400 a piece from Japan, but can hardly find them in the U.S. The bike has been layed down because you can see minor scratches on the frame sliders and a small part on one of the exhaust is scraped, but other than that its a beautiful bike that gets lots of compliments. Starts right up every single time without any problems. Has nice shorty levers and shifts smooth. Local buyers are welcome to bring your mechanic to inspect the bike. No joy rides, but will let you test drive it with cash in (my) hand. If you drop it, you buy it. Out of town buyers must make arrangements for shipping.
