No Reserve 2007 Ford E-150 VMI - Tuscany Handicap with lift custom made for disabled driver to drive. Originally modified by Bussani corporation at a cost of nearly $68,000. It has about 6,889 original miles with the following modifications made: HAND CONTROLLED Accelerator, Brakes, Emergency brakes, Power windows, and Radio. It is equipped with EZ-Lock wheel chair system and passenger Brake control pedal. It is designed for disabled driver to control the automatically operated door which lowers the lift and lift up the driver and closes back the door. The driver would then lock his wheel chair behind the wheel and operates the van. The van can also be operated in conventional way. There are also other modifications that are not mentioned here.Van is equipped with wood grain interior, folding rear seat, and step bars. The engine and transmission are strong with no fluid leaks, non-smoker, and no foul odors of any kind. It also has a new starter and an alternator. Original all 5 Michelin tires with 90% tread left. Here are the needs and issues. The van was in a light garage flooding and only the right side by the lift had received contact with water (approximately 6 inches) and thus the lift operating system is not working and is in NEED of repair. The rest of the car's interior is fine with no issues at all; and the power windows, power locks, and hand operated accessories operates normally. The rear folding seat did recline but was unable to operate after that. There is a small dent at the rear right side of the van and the van does not come with a wheel chair. EZ-Lock has a bracket to fit for any wheel chair. All the major parts are original and there are no accident history. The title is ready and the van can be registered immediately. In New York State, the Department of Motor Vehicles policy is such that once this type of incident occurs it Automatically brand the title as rebuilt and with not actual mileage. It is not a correct assessment of this vehicle but this is their policy. Please make sure that you are able to fix the lift issue before bidding.
