1969 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray 427 4speed factory air conditioning car. Car is fully functional except for the following: Original oil pressure gauge is not working but car currently has a auto meter oil gauge in the engine bay so you could see it shows 50psi while idling. (See Pictures) A/C blows but does not cool Carpet needs to be installed. Car comes with new carpets. (See Pictures) Car runs and drives great. Headlights work perfectly along with windshield wiper tray and windshield wipers. All inside and out side lights work including center console fiber optic lights. No electrical problems, speedometer, odometer and trip meter work properly and accurately. Rpm gauge, Temperature gauge, Amp gauge, and fuel gauge all work properly and accurately. Radio and speakers work. Neutral safety switch works, car must have clutch engaged in order to start it. Center console is in great shape along with pad, has minor crack underneath pad. (See Pictures) The dash is original and in great shape with no cracks what so ever, all interior panels are in great shape with no cracks or holes including T-Tops. Seat upholstery is original and in really good shape, car has all seat belts including 3 point belt in the back. (See Pictures) All windows roll up and down smoothly, all locks work properly in and out. Door handles open properly inside and out with out getting stuck. Doors open and close effortlessly and body lines are perfect. No steering box play, Transmission goes into all gears smoothly, clutch is strong. Brakes are strong, parking/emergency brake works as well. They are four piston calipers. Rebuilt four barrel rochester carburator. No over heating problems. Suspension is in great shape. Tires are new. Comes with a new optional passenger side mirror for daily driving purposes. (See Pictures) Paint is original, original owner has done touch ups along the years, for example the T-Tops and windshield wiper tray. Bumper and brackets are in great shape, frame still has original chassis paint on it just needs cleaning. (See Pictures) I am the second owner of the car. To answer all your questions I am not sure if anything is matching numbers I never bought the car looking for authenticity, I bought the car because it runs and drives great. I know for a fact it is a big block motor, and a 4 speed tranny, and a posi rear end. Thats all i know. This car is a fun toy to have, I EMPHASIZE TOY because if your looking for a fully doucumented car sense it rolled off the assembly line 44years ago and expect to have all matching number things on it, your asking for a $35k and up car. There are plenty of those on ebay and maybe this one is not for you. What I have in reference documention of this car is my title that is verified by the tag agency that saw the car odometer reading 107,000k acutual miles. See photo bucket and you be the judge in reference authenticity. To answer all other questions in wether this car needs repair or repaint or anything else. The car is original paint with SOME TOUCH UPS along the years by owner before me. EXAMPLE T-TOPS, WINDSHIELD WIPER TRAY AND POSSIBLY THE HOOD etc. The car needs no repairs at the moment to be driven or enjoyed. I drive the car roughly 30 miles round trip on weekends with the t-tops off, back glass off, and windows down, crusing. If you need a/C in this toy then you will have to fix it, but it is there to be fixed and dont need to put one. AS far accidents and being wrecked there no signs and i dont believe its ever been touched aside from those touch ups on t-tops winshiled wiper tray and possibly the hood etc. again im not an expert in these cars i just liked the car because it passed my standards of looking and running and driving good and there for thats how i became the owner of it. again i describing the car as best as i can and fully honest.
