The saab 93 Turbo is well known for its good performance either on the street or on the fwy . However, with these cars now all around 12 years old it is extremely difficult to find examples with a simple, uncomplicated, good history Difficult, but not impossible: Offered here is my 2001 saab 93 Turbo owned , factory stock, with exterior in black and interior in tan Let me describe the car’s condition: Exterior: The original black factory paint is in great condition apart from some inevitable minor stone chips and road rash. Bodywork is absolutely exceptional with couple of door dings or other similar defects. No signs of rust (not surprising having spent all of its age in california !!) Note: Rear bumper upper part needs to be painted ( a little faded ). All plastic light lenses uncracked . Stone chip here and ther in front (common due to vulnerable location!) Tires are a few years old and i would replace the tires becuase of some whether cracks the wheels need to be rechromed due to the fact that i am very picky , they may be ok for some one else Interior: The combination Light tan and dark tan and the dash is in black and overall condition is good . There are no cracks in the dash as is commonly the case. Glovebox hinge works (many are broken!) Centre tape storage cover hinge is intact. Driver and passenger footwell carpet unworn as mats always used (as you can see in photos.) . All convenience features like power top , cruise control, power driver’s seat, and remote hatch release operate correctly. Mechanical:if you run a car fax you would see the history of the car always repaired at saab dealer Engine starts first time every time and runs very smoothly under all conditions. Turbo, wastegate, couple of vacuum hoses next to air cleaner are loose , Nothing temperamental at all to report. No issues to report with transmission – all the forward speeds and reverse all select cleanly and smoothly. Brakes, including handbrake, operate normally with no pull or binding. Power steering – no issues. Electric coolant recirculation pump for turbo – no issues. Other: Battery is in good condition. Alternator charges normally. Windshield washer tank is good , Jack – car has original jack Tools and spare – all present and correct. Keys, Manual, Records: Car comes with one original key owner’s manual, warranty and Maintenance books Offered at low RESERVE, AS-IS, NO WARRANTY. Ask all questions and inspect the saab prior to bidding. Buyer to arrange for shipping, taxes, State paperwork, etc. Clear title will be signed over upon collection of funds. The saab is ready to go. A $500 deposit is due via Paypal at close of auction with final payment due within one week.
