I purchased the vehicle a little over 3 years ago as a frame off project. Everything listed below is either 3 years or newer. Exteremly strong rebuilt Chevy 283 with Headman headers. Rebuilt Muncie 4 speed New clutch, Novak master, slave kit, Edlebrock manifold, alternator, water pump, electronic ignition, power steering pump, steering column, tie rod ends. Gas tank, sending unit, brake master cylinder, brake lines, fuel lines. Seats, tires and rims. Radiator, temperature controlled electric fan. Full top and bikini top. LOD tire carrier. Firewall and floor have dynamat insulation. Completely rewired. Tuff built locking center console, cd player, 4 marine speakers. Rear rock hard roll cage married to custom built front extra strong roll cage over frame. Four wheel drive works great. Paint has a few minor chips. PAYMENT TERMS Buyer pays a non-refundable 2000.00 down payment within 72 hours of end of auction. Balance is due within 7 business days of the end of auction. Seller accepts bank wire transfers, or cash (in person). Seller reserves the right to end this auction at any time, for any reason. All Ownership, Insurance and/or Liabilities associated with the operation and/or maintenance will be transferred directly from the seller to the buyer at the time financial payment is remitted in full. Buyer also agrees that buyer has conducted all desired inspections of the vehicle (including title history and mechanical / cosmetic inspections) before agreeing to purchase this vehicle by private party and desires to purchase this vehicle with or without such knowledge of such history and/or inspections. Inspection I fully welcome a buyer's private inspection. I will gladly show the car in person or assist any bidder who wishes to have a private party inspect the car but this must be done prior to auction ending. The buyer is responsible for any fees incurred. Warranty This vehicle is being sold AS-IS. AS-IS is here defined as having no warranty stated, implied or otherwise expressed in any way, shape or form. The buyer assumes all and total responsibility for all or any defects known or unknown, apparent or non-apparent with this vehicle. Such defects are not limited to any area, system or part of the vehicle, but include the entire vehicle and all or any of its parts, systems or areas associated with it in all or any way. Neither the vehicle nor the title will be released until all funds have cleared. Shipping I will gladly assist the buyer with the shipping of his or her vehicle, but this is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
