It comes with a It comes with a SALVAGE (New Jersey) Title.  The car is completely dry - no mold, no odors and absolutely no condensation on the windows. This is a flood damage vehicle which stood at a steep angle when it took on some water. This resulted in only the rear of the vehicle being emmersed in water up to middle of rear cushions leaving all electronic components untouched. All electronics work great. There is no water in the engine or the transmission - runs and drives very smooth. Minor repair that don't interfere with driving  but need to be addressed is an air bag sensor. The car has an almost new set of tires and VERY low miles! Outside this car was briefly immersed in shallow water - this short exposure did not result in any exterior water damage (see pix below).
