Up For Bid Is a Really Clean1973 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 California car, Clear California title. This would be a great FJ40 for any FJ40 lover! Its a clean straight forward swap, easy for anyone to work on. It was fastend together using only grade 8 bolts (like factory, and for light load items and exposed to the elements, stainless steel bolts washers and nuts were used. Lock washers, and locktight were consistantly used during the build. VIN# FJ40153411. Notice how low and far back the motor sits! Handling was kept in mind with the added weight of the 350, so the best way to counter that is to try and get the motor low back towards the firewall, and the front of the motor behind the front Axle! Lots of Chrome: Timing gear cover, Valve Covers, Water Pump pully, oil cap, valve cover knobs, Thermostat Housing, New Edelbrock Carburator, with Edelbrock Air Cleaner, HEI style Coil Distribtor, The exhaust is mild and quiet, smooth sounding, and purrs like a kitten. *All Aluminum 3-core radiator with a 16" Electric Fan *The Transmission is a 4-speed out of a later model FJ40. Gears match nicely and cruises at highway speeds comfortably, unlike the 3-speeds. *The Clutch all new performance 3-finger actuated and 6-Puck it uses a Chevrolet style clutch. The nose cone of the toyota transmission was machined to fit a Chevy throwout Bearing. the clutch pedal is Hydraulic and easy to press. *All New Vinyl Interior. The seats are from cruiser Corps, along with the headliner and visors. *New Door rubber seals on all 3 doors and widow rubber, all OEM NOS Parts *NOS 4-speed gear shift knob *NOS Transfer case boot and knob *New sunvisors *NOS OEM Tail lights and Rear Reflectors * The heater is functional and working properly * The 4WD works properly Factory Transfer case * Factory Wheels sandblasted and painted to match the original color.
