1964 Cadillac DeVille 2 Door
I am pleased to offer to the highest bidder a 1964 Cadillac Deville 2 Door Hardtop. This car is very original having only 58,000 original miles. The miles are verified though the title as well as many receipts for repairs throughout the years.
The car runs excellent. The original 429 V-8 has had the heads redone with hardened valve seats so she runs perfectly on today's ethanol fuel. Transmission has been gone through and resealed. Shifts great. Everything works on the car with the exception of the clock. AM Wonderbar radio works perfectly and the power antenna still operates by pressing or pulling on the radio tuning knob.
Interior is original and is in beautiful shape. No rips, tears or cracks. Chrome trim is excellent and steering wheel is nice. Oh yes, those beautiful Cadillac horns still sound great. Trunk still has original liner in perfect condition.
Exterior is very nice. There are a couple of paint bubbles on the right side fender skirt. There are some small chips on the lower right front fender. Paint looks to be mostly original with some touch up here and there. The patina of the paint looks good. I would not paint this car as that would ruin its survivor status.
The car simply drives down the road like it was new. It is such a pleasure to drive.
I know this car very well but it does belong to a good friend of mine who I am selling for. The reason the car is for sale is he recently moved into a beach condo. The condo police have told him he is only allowed to have two vehicles. So this car and a couple of others will be offered for sale here on Ebay,
