Vehicle Detail

I have for sale a 1969 Triumph 650 Bonneville rolling Project Bike. This is a perfect bike to restore, the numbers match on the motor and the frame and are: T120RGC20934. It has the correct wheels which are in good shape, and the correct front end. It is missing fenders, handlebars, and many small items including motor bolts. The Fuel tank has just that big crease in the right front from a broken steering stop, the good news is that the inside of the tank looks great, (accident must of happened when this tank was relatively new) I've been told that it would be no problem to fix. Then you notice the case broke out above the drive chain, but that would be simple to fix when you tear the motor on down, which I'm sure you will do anyway. It has a set of cylinders and a head, but I do not think they are salvagable-you can have them if you want. The oil tank is good, you just need to have the chrome stripped off and the side cover also. I'll look around and see if I can find anything else that goes with it. The bike does have the original gauges to use for cores to be rebuilt. It does have a pair of concentric Amals, but somebody screwed the wrong screws into the throttle stop and the air adjusting location, so I really don't know if they could be salvaged and repaired or not. As you can see, there is no exhaust-the only thing I saw was the front chrome L brackets for the header pipes. All the cylinder nuts are started on the studs in the lower end to protect the threads. The bike has always been kept inside--dry. All the wiring harness is there-it might not look pretty and new, but it is all intact,(I believe useable) This frame is excellent in the fact that all the stock mounts and tabs are intact. I started gathering up the parts I knew I would need, so I bought the fuel tank (it looks great inside), the right front end and got the correct wheels, (which are nice), and then I developed a money shortage, so there she is.
