This is a 2000 Ford Contour SE Sedan with the 2.0 liter 4 cyl. engine and 43,000 one owner original miles in a NO RESERVE AUCTION. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CAR IS A FORD FACTORY BUILT AND EQUIPPED BI FUEL OR DUAL FUEL UNIT THAT RUNS ON CNG (COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS) OR REGULAR UNLEADED GASOLINE. CNG is currently $1.69 per gallon where I live. It is loaded with: power steering, power brakes, anti-lock brakes, 4 speed automatic transmission with overdrive, power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, cruise control, tilt, am/fm stereo with casette player, cold air conditioning, 4 matching newer Goodyear tires, dash switch for CNG or gas. This is a one owner vehicle and has been owned by the city of Sunrise, Florida since new and has received all regular maintenance at required intervals. This car runs, rides and drives perfect just as you would expect a 43,000 mile vehicle to operate. The outside is in excellent shape; there are no major dents but there are a couple of dings and some scratches The white paint is in good shape and still shines brightly even though there are a few places that have been touched up with matching paint. Inside, the interior is very good; it shows some signs of wear but overall looks very good and clean. The vehicle runs, rides and drives very well! The engine and transmission are in great shape. It seems to be well-cared for as it still drives like a dream. One note: This car runs equally well on cng or gas and is designed to run on cng until empty and then switch over automatically to gasoline; it does this on the highway perfectly but, in the city sometimes has a mind of it's own and switches over to gasoline before the cng tank is empty, usually at idle like at a stoplight. The engine never dies and you don't feel or hear it most of the time but, you can tell by the switch on the dash that it has swithched over to gas. I would like to have a mechanic look at this but, I can't find anyone qualified to work on the CNG here in Kansas City. I am including 24 large photos of the vehicle from every angle to give you a good idea of what it looks like.
