THE HISTORY The 323CiC SoftTop Convertible has only 101,142 miles on it !!! The VIN is WBABJ8328WEM21734. It was built at BMW's Assembly Plant in Germany and imported into the USA in March of 1998. It was sold Brand New by Nalley BMW in Decatur Georgia on April 14th of 1998 with just 30 miles on the odometer on a 36 month lease with BMW Financial Services to an owner who lived in Buford GA. After enjoying this BMW 323CiC for about a year and a half, this original owner decided to buyout the lease on this vehicle and keep it and used a loan from BMW Financial Services to do so. This was done on November 3rd of 1999. This original owner continued to enjoy this 323CiC and kept it normally serviced at Nalley BMW. In September of 2004 and with just 81,354 miles on the odometer, this original owner paid off the loan on this 323CiC. After enoying this vehicle for a little while longer, in January of 2006 and with 90k miles, this original owner traded in this 323CiC on a new vehicle. This 323CiC was sent to the auto auction by the BMW dealership and was sold to a vehicle dealership in Texas. This dealership put the 323CiC out for retail sale and on March 29th of 2006 with just 90,731 miles, found it a new owner. This new owner took the vehicle to home to Corbin Kentucky where he lived. This second owner was a doctor who had homes in Kentucky and in Florida. After enjoying the vehicle in Kentucky for awhile, he sent it down to Florida to keep at his summer home. He had a Florida title issued in April of 2007 showing 96,863 miles on the odometer at that time. After enjoying this 323CiC for about six years, he decided it was time for something new. He looked on eBay for a fun convertible and he found a 2005 Mercedes SL55 AMG Roadster I had for sale and he purchased it from me. He drove this 323CiC from his home in Sarasota Florida over to my facility in Hollywood FL and asked me if I would take it in trade. This was on February 20th of 2013 and the vehicle had 101,141 miles on it. I had Danny, my partner / father-in-law / BMW Master Tech; check out the vehicle (on the lift, frame inspection, test drive) and he told me that if I didnt take this 323CiC in trade he would disown me. He said it was one of the nicest and well kept older vehicles he has seen in a long time. With that being said to me by a person I fully trust, I made a fair offer to my customer and took the 323CiC in trade on the SL55 (which he was fully prepared to buy regardless if I took the BMW in trade). We performed a few minor repairs on the 323CiC which included replacing the hood shocks (what keep the hood open when you open the hood), replacing the trunk shocks (what keep the trunk open when you open the trunk), replacing the radio antenna (the rubber was old and wearing away), and replacing the four wheel centercaps with new ones (just to freshen up the look). I am now proud to offer this beautiful 323CiC for sale here on eBay. THE CONDITION It starts right up and purrs... She is very peppy and I drove it on the highway and looked down and saw I was doing 70 and the engine had plenty more power to give me. The vehicle looks absolutly amazing for its age and mileage although it does have a few very minor stone chips and a few very minor surface scuffs/scratches are evident here and there. The interior shows very little wear... the interior looks very clean and is free of any tears. The carpeting is plush. Some of the rims have some minor curb rash. The tires on this BMW are Bridgestone Potenza RE950 P215/60R15 93H's with a good amount of tread life left. I have two master keys, two alarm remotes, BRAND NEW carpet floormats, the 6cd cartridge, and the owners manuals with the original window sticker.
