I bought this bike brand new in 2008. I have been the only rider, and have ridden it approx. 20-30 times. I am an ASE Certified master mechanic, and I service this bike fully every 2nd time I ride it. Including: Oil change, clean and lube chain, clean and oil air filter, replace spark plug, and adjust valves when necessary. I always add fuel stabilizer during the winter months, and drain the carbuerator after each ride. I replaced the battery in 2012, and installed new EBC grooved brake shoes yesterday. This bike starts, runs, and stops as well as it did the day I bought it. This bike been the ultimate in reliability. It has never left me stranded anywhere, and has never failed to start, and has never had a leak. I trail ride this bike, so there are scratches on the plastics. The only reason I am selling this bike, is because I just bought a new CRF450, so I doubt I'll ride the 230 anymore. Upgrades include: Honda Handlebar Pad Moose Handguards Scott Hand Grips BBR Heavy Duty Fork Springs (the stock springs suck, but I have them if you want them)
