Up for Bid is a very Rare and beautiful 1957 VW OVAL window Beetle . Build date of Oct 1956 Delivered TO U>S>A Oct 1956. Complete and correct Restoration in 1996. was a broucher Feature car in RM auction 2001 here in Michigan. First Place Winner at Indiana Nationals 1997 Has been shown and won many other Awards.Comes with Birth Certificate Original Instruction Manual,Original Motor /transmission . Runs,Drives,stops Excellent,Every thing works as it should. Has some small dings above both door handles in trim (not door). Car is not perfect but a very Nice example of a Classic Oval window 1957 Beetle.Believed to have orignal era tires 155x15 4 ply Pirelli tires.Made in Italy Even Has orignal VW Key and all locks work great.
