great well kept condition, i have owned it since feb 09 and have only put about three hours on it, bought it for my collection but have had some financial trouble and had to sell most of my bikes, bike is mechanically sound, motor and trans are very nice, never had any trouble, never wrecked or trashed and allways adult owned, fmf gold series gnarly pipe has about ten hours with no dents and the fmf silencer has one hour, so brand new, just put a new nos honda rear fender, has nice tag fatter bars on it, and new seat cover, previous owner replaced and serviced forks in 09 right before i bought it, rear shock still works great, has really nice wide foot pegs, compression like new, has clear title, very fast and collectible, by far to most the 87 is the best year of the cr 500, bike is not perfect, that's why i priced it this way, if it was perfect it would be around 4,000, has slight bend on front rim on one side, also, there was a kick stand mount on the frame that i removed so some of the weld is still on the frame and will need to be removed ans painted, brakes work fine but front drags a little from sitting, plastic in good condition, these are only going up in value so please no offers, thanks for looking, any questions, eight32 eight77 five370 recieved questions on shipping please note, will work with any shipper at his time frame, help load, can store here up to a month as long as paid, thanks.
