I have a beautiful 1978 GS750EC for sale. I love this bike and have had a plan in the back of my mind to make it into a cafe racer, but it is too clean and so close to the original condition that I think it belongs in the hands of a collector. The bike's only modification is the Accel Ignition coil and wires, Dyna-S ignition, and I-Kon shocks front and back. The brake lines are also upgraded to teflon. All of these things were done simply to make the bikes performance more reliable and I think it is all tasteful. The chrome on the rack has been rechromed. Brand new spitfire tires front and rear. The bike has been professionally painted and the paint is in great condition. There is an ever so slight dent on the tank, really it is hardly noticeable, but just for disclosure. The bike's top end was rebuilt at 25K miles and it has been running beautifully ever since. Custom license plate is awesome "78GS750" and one of a kind. The seat is pretty new and is OEM with no rips or tears at all. Bike is running stock exhaust and Uni pod filters and has been jetted to stage 1 for the pods. Bike starts easily and shifts through all gears flawlessly. All the chrome is in excellent shape with no dings or dents and the engine does not leak a drop. A lot of money and time has been put into keeping this classic in showroom shape and it shows. The bikini fairing is fiberglass and period correct.
