hello triumph fans... today I decided I am not going to learn to operate sidecar motorcycles, and at 62 its time to focus on toys I can operate... so selling a rig I bought two years ago.. its got the milage as shown on the original gauges, and about 2500 of those miles are since a rebuild of engine, frame cleanup, electronic ignition, and addition of oil cooler and sidecar in 2009 or so. all prepped and painted professionally to match. custom leather seat crafted from an english riding seat, original seat included as well. its in the boxes seen on floor of sidecar. original foot pegs, kickstand, and points ignition, and coils included if you want to separate and go traditional restore route. when I received it in 2011, it was running, took it to my mechanic and asked him to drain the fuel tank of fluids, and prepare for storage... I got into other things like newer triumph bikes, and have kept it in covered indoor storage. this is a sound setup. a solid, well suspended hack, with true suspension and solid setup. sidecar maker's name shows on the pictures. paperwork shows I paid over 9,000 dollars for the setup way back two years ago, and seller claimed they had invested more than that in their buildout. numbers on frame and engine match. low serial number for the year sold, and I believe this was advertised as a 1969 titled in 1971, but the facts are the facts, and the title shows it as model year 1971. it is clearly a T150T, and not the later problematic "V" series of '72 bikes... custom lime mint cream color is striking in sunlight, and mysterious in subdued light..follows trumpet rams-style two-tone paint scheme. good visible color for safety as well as show. could use a rubdown and wax.. I will cooperate with your shipper, and have bought and transported bikes very succesfully with haul bikes and other shippers... a sidecar can be rolled and shipped without crating, as they are self supporting. email me questions, and I can try and answer. title shows the name of the 2011 seller, as released, a bill of sale to me, and the clear title is open to new buyer ... I have never operated bike on the street, and it has the same milage as when purchased in 2011. The previous seller has represented that this bike wins shows, peoples choice awards, and rides well in blindfold runs... though that is not my forte for sure.
