Please note that this car will require the rebuild or replacement of it’s 4 cylinder engine as A) the engine’s old seals allowed motor oil to leak out and B) the owner, likely, didn’t regularly check the Focus’ oil level and C) the motor seized due to lack of oil. The Focus has traveled 165,000 miles. The Focus is, otherwise, in slightly above average condition. The air conditioning is cold, the automatic transmission shifts certainly and well, the tires retain about 80% of their tread and the interior is rip free and clean. The car is equipped with power windows and power door locks. A Pioneer AM FM stereo CD player replaces the stock Focus radio. The owner advises us that he recently installed new brakes. There are numerous paint chips on the front hood and a 3.5” triangular tear in the in the rear bumper cover. Overall the body and paint is very nice with these exceptions. According to our Ebay research , good running, used 2002 Focus motors are available on Ebay for $275 to $500. Not bad.
