Vehicle Detail

You are bidding on a very rare 1950 Singer "Nine" Roadster. This car is partially dismantled and the engine is missing rods and pistons but appears to be otherwise complete. Needs a complete restoration. Buyer will need to pick up this car within 15 days of end of auction and it will need to be transported in an enclosed trailer because of the number of loose parts like fenders, bonnet and hood. About 90% complete. Singers are rare cars, but especially the 1100 cc powered Singer Nine and 4A models made just after World War II in very low numbers. These cars were hand made with aluminum over an ash wood frame to which steel fenders and bonnet were added. A unique opportunity to own a restorable, rare and desirable right hand drive British sports car on the cheap. Title will be provided if existing title cannot be found. NO RESERVE on this car. It is located in Markham, TX, and inspection of the car prior to end of auction will have to be arranged at least a day in advance by the seller, who is located in Virginia. Reason for selling is the great expense of moving this car to Virginia. Thanks for bidding!
