A 1976 CB550 Custom cafe racer Professionally built by MotoHangar . Handmade silencer with internal baffle, attached to the stock Super Sport headers. Custom one off tail fairing with integrated tail light and hand made seat. Lowered in the front 3/4". Headlight tucked in with custom brackets. Clip-ons, and lowered speedometer gauge from a cb 350. Conical style air filters. Painted with cast coat iron and stellar blue pearl. Bike is very clean, has fresh top end gaskets, rings and cylinder hone. Complete tune up, spark plugs, carb clean and jet replacements as well as gaskets. Oil change, new bridgestone tires, new chain. Some bolts show a bit of surface rust and frame is orginal paint except for spots that have been modified to fit new tail piece and seat. Tank is sealed and painted. Bike runs and performs as if it were new. Wiring has been checked, and charging system works well. Starts and runs great. This is not a full restoration but is a very clean example of a professional built custom cafe racer. Original speedometer stated 38,137 miles, however top end of motor has been rebuilt, rings, cylinder hone and gasket set. The original speedometer has been removed and replaced with a smaller CB350 speedo and this speedo reads around 11,000 miles. Bike actually only has about 5 miles since it has been rebuilt and completed. These miles were accumulated during testing and adjustment of the bike. Bike is in great shape and will be fully functional upon delivery. However this is an older motorcycle and some routine maintenance will be expected.
