For sale is a 1970 Honda SL 350 project bike. This project needs at minimum a top end overall and cosmetic restoration. HOWEVER, bike does run and ride well. Transmission shifts through all gears. Motorcycle was registered and inspected in Texas in recent years although now both are expired. Have clear Texas title for transfer. Story on bike was that it sat in weather for 30 years until rescued and made to run again. Frame and other parts have been coated in silver color epoxy coating. I thought I was interested in doing a renovation (not full restoration) but decided it's not for me. Now moving and must sell. I have obtained some parts towards the cosmetic renovation side: skid plate, handlebars with controls, headlight ring, gas tank petcock, Triple tree, correct turn signals, and a left side cover. If you follow this bike you know how rare these covers are. This used part alone will sell for at least $250. NOS covers are listed for $700+. Do not have a right side cover. Will consider delivery within couple hundred miles of Dallas, Texas for cost of gas. Otherwise buyer must make all arrangements for shipper to pick up at residence. Good starting place for renovation or parts bike for a full restoration. Feel free to ask any questions.
