Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE For sale is a great example of a 1987 Mercedes 300sdl. Build date of 9/86. The car has been in Florida all of its life owned by an elderly couple. The current mileage reads 95xxx and had been sitting for several years. There has been a new battery installed and car is starting and running well. All four tires are new with at least 90 percent of life in them. Front brakes have been installed and there are no issues with the braking system. a/c system has been retrofitted to 134a and a new compressor was installed due to a leak. The transmission was serviced and is shifting flawlessly. Interior has some signs of wear with the normal cracks on the dash for these cars. The leather is in good shape with no rips or tears. Sunroof does not move but you can hear the track moving to the rear of the car. It appears the retaining clips holding the opening panel to the track have broken and this should be a cheap fix. Carpets are clean front and rear and come with a good set of floor mats. Antenna goes up and down and radio sounds great. Wood is in great shape. Exterior has no major dents or bumps. There are some dings and paint cracks as you go around the car but from a few feet away it looks good. On the passenger’s side of the car above both doors there is some fading about to the paint about four inches wide and the length of the doors. Wheels are in great shape, no curbing or fading. The car is very nice and with some minor work it could be near perfect. Title is in hand and clean. Feel free the ask questions or for additional pictures. Will accept reasonable offers.
