Hello fellow Ebayers. You are now looking at yet another of our great finds in this 1956 Dodge 1/2 ton 2x Job Rated pickup. Again, at NO RESERVE!! ...We named her "Buttercup" she is a Big BACK Window Custom V-8. She was aquired from the son of the second owner here locally. ( salt free,dry, S. Idaho) . HIS father purchased it from his neighbor who had purchased it new and used it as a daily driver. We are told it has just over 100,000 miles and it shows. This very clean little pickup has been well taken care of and has never seen a farm or construction site. These BIG BACK WINDOW V-8's are getting more rare all the time. Overall condition is VERY good. It still has the original owners manual in the glove box. All of the glass looks to be original. The little factory V-8 really purrs. Clutch, brakes, and front end all feel good as well. We put a new master cylinder on it. She drives down the road very well and like they ALL say..."it Turns alot of heads" ... The pickup has been repainted at some point in its life, and still retains ALOT of its shine. Bed has been re-stained and "shellacked" it looks like. Tires are older, but still have ALOT of tread on them. She also sports original factory hub caps !! This is a no reserve auction so bid to win.
