Honda XR650L from 2002 with only 850 genuine miles and in outstanding condition. Bike is totally stock and just as it left the factory. It wears a brand new OEM front tire as the original was showing slight signs of cracking/dry rot. It has 2 keys, all the smog equipment as required for a CA model and all the original stickers/decals. Current registration/tags till September 2013. The previous owner, a friend of a friend, kept the bike at his property (a second home) in Mammoth, CA and used it occasionally during summer visits. It was dealer serviced at 600 miles though I have no paperwork for that. Everything works perfectly and as intended. Rear tire, chain, brakes etc. all 800 mile fresh. Starts easily, runs smooth & strong and handles the street amazingly well for a motorcycle with dirt bike dimensions and credentials. These bikes have earned an enviable reputation for reliability, on and off road ability and longevity. They remain basically unchanged since model introduction years ago. The bike has a clean CA title bearing the name of the previous owner. No lien holders, financing or DMV back fees or penalties. The only minor blemish is a very small dent in the muffler. Probably desirable to change this anyway, as in my opinion the stock muffler is one of the world's ugliest. The front fender and right side hand-guard have some barely noticeable scuffing. Just a reminder that though only having 800 odd miles this is an 11 year old bike. I pride myself on only selling great bikes. Bikes the same as I would want to own. Clean, no issues and no drama. The others I have sold recently on eBay absolutely delighted their new owners. All described their purchases as being even better in the flesh than I had described them in the ad and photos.
