1991 JEEP WRANGLER I've owned this Jeep for over five years. When I bought her, we totally went through her. It was in excellent mechanical condition when purchased. At that time , we replaced all the floors, did any body work that had to be done, raised her 4 inches and repainted her ( she was originally blue). When she was finished, I trailered her to Ft. Myers, Florida where she has been for the last five years. During that time, I have used her less than 20 days a year and have recorded well less than 2000 miles a year in actual driving. Now I am getting down to Ft. Myers even less and can no longer justify keeping an auto down there, so she is for sale. This is a great project for someone who can handle simple sheet metal work. She still runs beautifully and you can drive her anywhere with confidence. The six cylinder engine is strong and doesn't burn any oil. The manual transmission shifts great and the four wheel drive works the way it should. It gets great heat and the air conditioning is ice cold. Mechanically she is in very good condition. What she does have is the classic "JEEP RUST" problem. I have taken quite a few photos of her that were taken just last week. I tried to zoom in on the problem areas the best I could. You can drive her the way she is or you can restore her to what she can be. This Jeep does come with a set of full metal doors and a bimini canvas top. I have a hard top, back in Wisconsin, that could be purchasd separately. This is not a major project. All the sheet metal can be purchased in the "Jeep parts" after-market and can easily be installed by anyone familar with Jeep rust problems. By the way, the floors are still like new.
