Please read everything as this is a crazy deal. You WILL NOT find a cleaner, more well-maintained truck like this one. You will never have to put one penny into this truck, it is ready to go another 100,000 miles. First, I am the second owner of this custom ordered truck. No accidents, mechanical failures, or fluid leaks, EVER. Oil has been changed every 3000 miles and truck has been run on 93 octane for its entire life. I have more than exceeded routine maintenance. All Fluids seals under the hood and in the driveline are fresh. I have taken the truck to a Chevy dealer for full inspection, and not one issue. Family is growing so I need a suburban. You will wonder why I am selling such a well maintained, accessorized truck. I am very anal about the cleanliness and condition of all my vehicles. I am simply passing on this incredible value to the potential buyer. The winner will also receive a bunch of "bonus" items that go with the truck. Truck is FULLY LOADED!! This truck WAS NOT a daily driver while I owned it.I have over $16,000 in receipts to prove how crazily I maintained and upgraded this truck. There is no doubt that I couldnt have possibly listed everyhting I've done, you'll have to go through the massive pile of receipts I have. Here is a list of everything I have changed, added, or maintained on this truck (and I have all the receipts to prove it): 1. Brand new battery installed last week 2. Entirely new leather interior 4 years ago. Bought new OEM leather interior front and rear seats on ebay, so the leather is beautiful. 3. Has electric moon roof 4. Brand new OEM wheels and center caps last year, all four wheels. Not one spec of oxidation. 5. New brakes and rotors all around, last year. They have less than 5000 miles on them. Brakes for life, I have the receipt and box so you can reap this benefit. 6. Tires are Mickey Thompson ATZ 33” with about 75% tread left 7. Cladding has been RESTORED. That’s right, this truck’s cladding is not faded like every other cladded avalanche you see on the road. Cladding has a couple minor scuffs on front and rear bumper, but not noticeable. Not one ding, dent, or scratch in the paint. The paint gleams with a mirror finish. The one and only blemish is on the passenger rear panel. The other 3 quarter panels that had the infamous paint bubbling above the wheel wells, is now fixed! I spent a ton of money (I have all receipts) fixing this problem and having the cladding restored. 8. Interior is ridiculously clean. No tears, stains, or spots on anything, including all the plastic and vinyl. Non-smoking vehicle. I am not joking when i say that this truck is amazingly clean!! 9. Truck has been religiously hand washed and waxed on a regular basis 10. I installed Stainless Works headers ($850.00) with 2” primaries, along with a Magnaflow exhaust, and a MAC 4” cold air intake. This truck has CRAZY POWER. 11. Also has a mild custom tune. Chevy is known for de-tuning their big engines. I unleashed the power in this beast. 12. Flex-A-Lite electric fan($600). No more fan clutch on serpentine drive. 13. New Bilstein HD shocks about 4 years ago, roughly 30,000 miles ago 14. All weather Husky floor mats in the front. I have all the original OEM mats as well, still new 15. Bed has OEM rubber mat 16. Aftermarket Pioneer head unit with premium JL speakers, and JL W3 subwoofer under rear passenger seat inside a custom molded box. You will also get the OEM head unit with this sale. 17. Headlights and fog lamps professionally restored. 18. Billet aluminum “avalanche” hitch cover will come with it 19. Towing package with brake controller 20. Z71 off road package with front skid plate 21. Truck’s torsion bar has been raised up to accommodate 33” tires. Rear suspension has been raised 1” so truck is level when towing. 22. Aftermarket alarm with remote star23. All new coil packs installed 2 years ago with Volt Booster to ensure longevity of valvetrain. Also has new plugs and wires 1 year ago. 24. 2 sets of key FOBS 25. Original owners manual, still with truck. I even have the original manufacturer’s window sticker from the day it was sold.26. AC has been recharged and is ice cold. 27.
