Nice looking 1965 F100. Purchased this as a street rod project but don't have the time to get to it. I believe the truck originally had a 352 ci engine. The guy who sold it to me said he verified the engine is a 390. The engine runs decent, no noises, no smoke but could use a tune up. The engine sports an Edelbrock carb and aluminum intake. Body is pretty straight and rust-free with the exception of rust on the "leading edge" of the hood (see photo) and a spot on one of the bed corners (see photo). The floor boards look pretty good (see photos), although I am sure there are some small holes. The paint job is amateur and it doesn't appear there has been much body work done on it. The interior is complete with the exception of the headliner. The dash and dash pad look pretty good. Obviously the seat needs to be recovered. The headliner will need to be replaced. All the glass is good. The fuel and temp gauges are not functioning. I am told the truck has a Dana 60 Posi rearend (see photo), which I tend to believe. I spun the tires on gravel and laid down two lines. The brakes seem to be good and the truck drives down the road quite nicely. If you have any questions, give me a call 509.570.4046.
