A very comfortable ride with lots of power. 428 cu in. motor, standard Quadarajet spread bore carburetor and a Hydramatic transmission. Equipped with power brakes, power steering with tilt wheel, center armrest, restored GM Rally wheels on Goodyear Eagle GTs w/ fender skirts. The soft top has been completely replaced to factory specs and the power top works beautifully. All new custom interior (carpets, seats, kick panels & door panels). Original 85K miles (Colorado 1968-2005). Purchased in ’05 from second owner, who inherited from and was with the original owner when purchased. Since purchasing it in 2005, the following have been either totally replaced, re-built or serviced: roof, door weather stripping, kick plates, top weather rails, trunk lid weather seal, complete custom interior, door panels, kick plates, carpeting (w/floor insulation lining), wheels & tires, radiator, battery, front end suspension, shocks and brakes. This car is very dependable and starts every time I’ve turned the key. Not to mention, it turns heads everywhere we go. The body is straight and no rust. It is the perfect driver and needs only a few things to make it even better. The turn signal switch needs repair, the dashboard could use recovering and while the paint is good, its’ lost its finish and needs a shiny coat of paint to make her pop. Selling only because I don’t have enough opportunities to put her on the road and she needs someone to drive her and enjoy.
