I am auctioning my 1991 White Geo Metro two-door hatchback with NO RESERVE, so the highest bidder will win! This white 1991 Geo is in great working condition and does not need any parts, repairs, or work to operate well. As is to be expected from any vehicle from 1991, it is not flawless, but it does run very well. Earlier this month my wife and I took it on a 900 mile road trip. It not only performed well, it provided roughly 40 MPG and the heat kept us quite warm in the process. This Geo Metro consistently delivers 30+ MPG in the city and 40+ MPG on the highway. I am very fond of this car and really hate to get sell it, but my wife and I are expecting a new addition to the family in a few months. It is currently my daily driver, so mileage will slowly, gradually go up and may be slightly higher at auction end (should be less than 100 miles more than the current). New Parts:I have personally changed the fuel filter, spark plugs and front and rear brake pads within the last 3 months. The previous owner had a new transmission, new timing belt and new A/C compressor installed. Cosmetics:The only known issues it has are purely cosmetic in nature and do not affect the vehicle's performance in any way. They are broken plastic in the interior door handles, broken plastic in the hood-popping lever, a few very small spots of missing paint on the hood and normal wear the upholstery of the bucket seats (as is shown in the pictures). However, the door and the hood both still open without any difficulty. Performance:When I purchased this vehicle several months ago, the acceleration was somewhat sluggish and slow to respond. After running some fuel injector cleaner in the gasoline and running a few tanks of high octane fuel through, she runs very good and accelerates well. My only advice to anyone buying her (or any 3 cylinder car for that matter) is that she needs about 2-4 minutes to warm up before driving in traffic or she will respond slowly. Additionally, this vehicle has been wired to put sub-woofers in the truck space. If you have any questions feel free to message me with them.
