This Explorer was owned and operated by the U.S. government department of homeland security here in El Paso, Texas. It was a U.S. customs supervisor vehicle. The low miles are actual. This vehicle has spent it's life in sunny El Paso, Texas. It has never been driven on salted roads. NO RUST. The interior is light stone cloth with tan carpeting and is in excellent shape. The power windows, power locks, tilt wheel, cruise control, traction control, mp3 CD stereo radio, power side view mirrors and air conditioning all work as they should. Factory towing package. The 4.0 litre 6 cylinder engine has lots of power and starts and runs great. The automatic transmission shifts crisp and smooth. The 4WD works as it should. The brakes have been inspected and are in good shape. The suspension is tight and this Explorer handles well. The tires are in fair shape. They will get you home but they should be replaced at some point. The body is in good shape with only minor dings and scratches. We had this vehicle inspected for structural damage and found none.
