Vehicle Detail
Beautiful, tastefully rodded 1952 Chevrolet 3100 Deluxe 5 window that is almost finished. Unfortunately, financial challenges necessitate this sale. Almost $20K has been invested thus far (and I have receipts for a lot of it) plus untold hours of labor. All the heavy lifting (paint/body/engine/transmission/drivetrain/suspension/steering/brakes/interior/etc.) has been done. All it needs is for someone to finish it. Engine is a 350CID small-block Chevy from a Camaro (ran beautifully before it was pulled), Transmission is a never used 700R4 four speed automatic (Remanufactured GM Mr. GoodWrench). Rear differential is a GM 10 bolt from a Camaro with aftermarket soft-ride leaf springs and perches. Front end is an 80's Monte Carlo clip with disc brakes. Interior is stunning and remains very true to the original other than the tilt column and steering wheel (see pics). Dash has never had any cutting or butchery of any kind and is beautiful. All window mechanisms are new and work great. Body and paint was completed last year and is also very beautiful. There is all new welting between the fenders and cab/bed. Here's an incomplete list of all the goodies... * Tilt Wheel* Electric Cooling Fan* All Wiring New with Painless Wiring Kit* Rochester QuadraJet Carburetor* Edelbrock Intake Manifold* HEI Electronic Ignition* New Chrome Valve Covers* K&N Style PCV Valve and Oil Cap* B&M Deep Transmission Pan* New Torque Converter* Chrome Hood Springs* Chrome Alternator Bracket* Electric Wiper Conversion* Chrome Steering Column Floor Mount* All New Seals and Weatherstripping* New Vent Glass* New Northern Red Oak Wood in Bed (not a kit; cut, trimmed, sanded, oiled, and waxed by a pro woodworker)* Stainless Steel Tailgate Chains* All New Bezels And Glass to Bevel Gaskets* Firewall Pad* New Chrome Center Dash Assembly* New Door Handles* New Door Panels* New Carpet* Beautiful Freshly Upholstered Seat* Brand New Inner Fender Panels* Brand New Disc Power Brake Booster (attached to frame; allows use of stock pedals)* New Brakes Up front* New Control Arm Bushings* Classic Five Spoke Cragars* New Rear Bumper* New Rear Lights I know there is much more I don't recall that has been done to this beautiful 5 window. Please look closely at the pictures for anything I've missed (and I have tons of extra pics). The plan was to build it to a very high-standard and use it as a regular driver. That's why the undercarriage was built to be clean and functional but without an abundance of chrome and fluff (road grimed chrome looks awful in my opinion). I'd say it's about 85-90% finished and the rest is primarily labor. There are some minor scratches from assembly that are typical of the build process (see pics). My name is Chris and I am happy to answer your questions. Please call me at 435-669-1470. And as I said above, I have tons of extra pics (including all the extra parts). Send me a Non-Ebay email address and I will get them to you promptly. The truck is located in the dry, desert community of St. George, Utah (about 100 miles north of Las Vegas). Thank you very much for your interest.
