For auction to the highest bidder with no reserve is my personal & collectible 1985 Honda ATC250ES BIG RED 3-wheeler with IL title. It's in great running condition. I bought if from the original owner around 10 years ago and have only used it a few hours a year since just to keep it running nicely. It's not a showpiece and shows it’s age in some ways, but is in overall nice condition considering it's almost 30 years old. Features: This 1985 Big Red has most the creature comforts of today's ATVs. It has a powerful and reliable 246cc 4-stroke engine, 5 speed semi-automatic transmission w/super low first gear, shaft drive and REVERSE It has a rear tow hitch too. It has front & rear suspension, electric start with kick start backup, front and rear working lights and a neutral/reverse illuminated dash indicator with a keyed ignition. It also has a rear storage compartment. Positives: Almost 100% factory and with an IL title. This Big Red Starts right up and is mechanically sound, runs strong & smoke-free, idles and shifts fine, no leaks, has good front & rear brakes, a New Battery, New seat cover, and 3 year old tires which show no wear and hold air fine. It drives straight and nicely. Negatives: Plastics show age due to a sun faded cracking look throughout – but are NOT broken. The front fender has a couple 1/4" holes holes in top (not sure why), one rear taillight lens cover has a small piece broken out of it at the bottom, the very back end of the muffler has a couple holes (but it still runs quiet). The battery tray weld broke off on one side so it is wire tied to help support the side opposite the one bolted to the frame. I have tried to point out the good and the bad but if there is something more you’d like to know, please ask and don’t assume.
