2002 Honda CBR1100XX Super Blackbird 18854 miles, needs nothing, rides perfect Custom gold paint, was silver originally New back tire, rear brake pads and c&s kit in last 2 weeks Seat is perfect, couple of minor imperfections in paint as shown in close ups, apart from that is very very nice! Runs like a raped ape! Dont forget this was the fastest bike in the world until the abuser came along and then you really still need a set of huge by large balls to seperate them on the street! Even the name....SUPER BLACKBIRD.... gotta hand it to Honda on that score.... Oh for the record out of ALL of the Hondas I have owned this bird has by far the smoothest transmission of them all, simply amazing as usually most Hondas are kerklunck every time! Cant even hear it when you shift from neutral to first even on a coldish motor! NO RESERVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please only bid if you have the funds and are going to follow through as ebay is not a game and it costs us the sellers serious money to list these auctions! Clean and clear Florida title! On Jan-16-13 at 15:02:28 PST, seller added the following information: Just wanted to address a couple of concerns I have had questions over. 1/ yes the exhaust with those GP style turndowns is loud and does not suit the bike at all but is no worse than any other race pipe on a big jap four. Cans are readily available right here on ebay ranging from $1200 to $150 a pair so options a plenty. 2/ The custom paint was NOT because the bike has been down and needed painting, they are the original plastics just painted gold because somebody wanted to! In all honesty the pix do the paint no justice at all as in the sunlight it simply pops and crackles, almost like a House of Kolor paint job, if not for the slight blemishes as shown I would rate it 10 out of 10 on paint! Keep the questions and bids coming! Oh and of course it is a Honda so motor will probably still be running into the next century!
