VEHICLE DESCRIPTION
Good engine. Transmission shifts good. Paint original. All the glass is good. No smoke. No leaks. No rust. No odors. Non smoker. No check engine lights. Clean from the ground up. The 528i is well insulated, tight and sturdy and as solid as vault. The car appears to have been well maintained and as clearly evident by its excellent overall performance - I've been using only Shell or Sunoco’s 93 octane and the BMW performs beautifully. Not often i see a BMW in such a good and solid mechanical condition. The car starts right up. It runs, drives, turns, steers and stops beautifully. Everything is in good working order. All the bottons and switches working properly. The brakes and the steering and the suspension, and on and on.. Over the bumps and rough road surface there are no noises and no vibrations or any loose or squeaky generic sounds from anywhere! No mechanical or electrical issues or any other issues to report. The BMW had passed PA insp needing nothing. Very good condition overall - 90% of our cars are sold out of state so we never bother with inspections. I had it inspected because I wanted to keep the BMW for myself(i want to keep every car for myself). If you want a good solid car then look no farther, but I won't sell it cheap. Great driving car and it gets a very impressive mileage averaging 29 MPG. The car comes with Premium and Winter Packages, 6 CD changer in the trunk and a new battery.

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), the Amtrak 30th Street Train Station,
and the Greyhound Philadelphia Bus Station. We recommend taking a shuttle
service to 30th street station from the PHL, or a short taxi ride from the Bus
Station. From there take an R5 heading to Doylestown and get off at Ambler where
you'll be picked up. The trains trains departing hourly.

SHIPPING ASSISTANCE
We can help with shipping. We'll deal directly with the shipper, the dispatchers and the truck drivers so you don't have to. We'll deliver the car for loading and videotape the loading process if necessary. The Title and the Bill-of-Sale, will be notarized and FedEx out to with Delivery Confirmation and a tracking number. It usually takes two employees and several hours to most shippers are never on time - they’ll say 10am and they’ll show up at 4pm. But it is what it is. We’ve done this too many times and we know the process well. Let us be clear: we're not crazy about shipping we're only doing so as a courtesy to our buyers. We will charge $90 for this and we'll do it the right way.
REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES
The Temp Tags are available. Cost $55 and good for 30-days anywhere within the US. Proof of insurance and a drivers license are required. The drivers license from any state within the US will be accepted. Proof of insurance from any already insured vehicle in your household will be sufficient. Out of state buyers pay no sale tax. Pa Title fee $55. Pa buyers pay applicable sales tax, notary charge and vehicle registration cost.
PICKING UP CARS
All vehicles we sell on eBay are and will be stored in a separate secured facilities
and we require all vehicles be picked up within fourteen days of auction
completion. Storage charges after fourteen days may be charged at $18/day for
cars, more for trucks and larger vehicles. We will try to accommodate special
requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. We
also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel auctions at any time.

As with any pre-owned vehicle some dings, nicks, wear, and scratches that are
common for a vehicle of this age and mileage may be present. Please remember you
